Ivy

This shoot was inspired by childhood memories at the family cookout. White chairs patterned across patchy summer grass. Conversations hopping from cluster to cluster, heaping plates resting on tables made of knees, music vibrating up trees. The white plastic chair is a symbol. It is a seat at the table. The white chair is a disruption, a seat in a natural world regulated by white environmentalism and land ownership.
